Charnae Johnson is a 2nd grade teacher and has been in education for nine years. She is currently the 2026-2027 Teacher of the Year at her school and has taught and tutored in Gwinnett County and Atlanta, Ga. She holds a Masters Degree and Teacher Certification, as well being Orton-Gillingham and Fundations trained. Ms. Johnson is rooted in integrity and prides herself on being able to effectively build relationships with students of various academic and social/emotional levels in order to provide her students with effective instruction. She believes that being an educator is a calling, not just a career.
