Saiya Ibrahim, known as “Miss Saiya” to her students, is a former elementary educator with 12 years of experience. Her career began in 2013 after she graduated with a B.S. in Elementary Education. She has taught Kindergarten, 1st, 4th, and 5th grade and is formally trained in instructional strategies using Wilson Fundations, Orton-Gillingham, and Eureka Math. Additionally, she holds a K-5 Mathematics endorsement and recently completed her M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction. Miss Saiya prides herself on individualized instruction and differentiation so that every learner can know the joys of being successful academically at their own pace.
