About Us

Our Mission is to help struggling students build confidence and academic skills.

Our Philosophy

Here at Smarty Pants we have put together a multidisciplinary team of educators capable of tackling all of your child’s unique learning challenges.

We specialize in assisting K-12 students with dyslexia, dyscalculia, ASD, ADHD, and other learning differences.

Our primary focus is utilizing the Orton Gillingham approach to teach foundational reading skills.

All of our K-3 Reading tutors are trained in Orton and most of them use Wilson Fundations daily in their classrooms.

We are committed to finding certified, experienced teachers dedicated to your child’s success. That has given us a dynamic and qualified tutoring team. We feel students learn best when they feel comfortable, heard, and respected. Relationship building key to accessing your child’s full potential and tutoring buy-in is critical to our approach. Add data-driven assessment, practice, and implementation from our incredible team of educators, as well as a healthy dose of confidence building, and that equals measurable progress in your child’s academic journey.

The majority of our teachers cover early childhood through middle grades curriculum, but our selection of high school subjects is expanding all the time – please feel free to ask us for more information.
